For urgent issues, we typically respond within 24 hours. Many emergency calls are handled the same day. Non-urgent maintenance can be scheduled at your convenience, usually within a few days. Since we're local, we can often visit your dock faster than out-of-town contractors.

We troubleshoot and repair most common boat lift issues: motor problems, cable and pulley maintenance, electrical adjustments, bunk realignment, and safety system checks. We're trained on major lift brands and can often diagnose issues over the phone. For specialized or warranty work on newer lifts, we'll coordinate with the manufacturer if needed.

Yes. We recommend pre-season inspections in spring, post-storm assessments after severe weather, and winterization checks in fall. These proactive visits catch small issues before they become expensive problems. We'll remind you when it's time and can schedule multiple visits throughout the year.

We charge a reasonable service call fee that includes diagnosis and consultation. If you decide to proceed with repairs, a portion of that fee is credited toward the work. We provide written estimates before starting any repair, and you're never obligated to proceed. Parts and labor are billed separately with no surprises.

We're based in Georgetown, Maryland and primarily serve the Sassafras River and surrounding Chesapeake Bay waterfront communities.
